NL37 is a simple gesture with a dual function: turn it over, and the candleholder shifts from holding a taper candle to a tea light. The heavy, turned material gives the object a physical presence in the hand, while the wide collar introduces a horizontal break in an otherwise minimal silhouette. An exercise in how one object can carry two functions without appearing compromised by either — a form that reverses when needed instead of choosing sides.
