Collaboration is based on clarity, realism and shared ambition.

Each project is developed with an understanding of production methods, tooling, material behaviour and cost awareness from the outset. By integrating manufacturing logic early in the process, development becomes more focused and the transition from concept to market more seamless.

The designs are grounded in real use and defined by clear function. Material strategies are selected to support durability and long-term relevance, while constructive logic is carefully considered to simplify production rather than complicate it. The process moves efficiently between idea, prototype and refinement, ensuring that aesthetic intention and technical feasibility evolve together.

Collaboration is approached with respect for the identity of the brand, balanced with an independent design integrity. The aim is not to impose a signature, but to strengthen what already exists.

When a design is rational and well resolved, it creates confidence — both emotionally and commercially — and gains the endurance required to remain relevant over time.

Nicolai Larsen is trained as a carpenter and works as an architect and designer.

His background in craftsmanship provides a deep understanding of materials, construction and making. Architecture contributes spatial awareness, proportion and structural reasoning. Together, these disciplines shape a practice grounded in logic and realism.

Designs are developed through sketches and digital models, then tested and refined through prototypes, 3D prints and physical mockups. The process moves continuously between idea and production to ensure that aesthetic intention and manufacturing feasibility evolve together.

The work is created for individuals with a strong interest in design and developed with contemporary production in mind. Objects are intuitive, durable and clear in both use and construction.

The ambition is not to create novelty, but relevance.

Objects that endure because they make sense.
