NL159 is a bench formed entirely in steel. The profile is kept minimal — a flat seat, clean legs, and a logic of assembly that is evident in the finished object. The material ages with use, developing a patina that reinforces the object's honesty.
By mounting the seating on the wall instead of the floor, NL159 frees up space in smaller rooms. The aluminium structure carries a soft, warm wool surface, keeping the bench comfortable to sit on even when built to save space.
